Je werkt voor zowel Blue Wave, met het informatiesysteem PRESS voor de uitgeverijbranche, als voor Bumblebee, een van de nieuwe initiatieven waar Blue Wave bij betrokken is. Je trekt projecten naar je toe, verdiept je in de wensen van de klant en zorgt ervoor dat het ontwikkelteam precies weet wat er gebouwd moet worden. Heb je zelf een achtergrond als ontwikkelaar? Dan is er ook alle ruimte om inhoudelijk mee te bouwen. Your role Blue Wave ontwikkelt haar software volledig in eigen huis en werkt met een klein, hecht team van specialisten. Dat betekent dat er geen ruimte is voor een projectleider die 40 uur per week alleen maar projecten aanstuurt. En dat is precies wat deze rol zo interessant maakt. Je combineert projectleiding met operationeel, inhoudelijk werk. Als Technisch Projectleider maak je projecten écht van jezelf. Je verdiept je in hoe het systeem werkt, doorgrondt de processen bij de klant en vertaalt klantwensen naar concrete, uitvoerbare opdrachten voor het ontwikkelteam. Jouw houding is: "dit is hoe ik het ga aanpakken." Je reviewt, controleert en test wat het ontwikkelteam oplevert, zodat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft. Het vertalen tussen klant en techniek is in deze rol enorm belangrijk. Bij voorkeur ontwikkel je daarnaast ook zelf mee, bijvoorbeeld aan de .NET-backend of aan embedded software binnen Bumblebee.
