Ben je op zoek naar een technische functie waarin je direct impact hebt op de leefomgeving van mensen? Als technisch projectleider werk je aan het onderhoud en beheer van appartementencomplexen voor Verenigingen van Eigenaren in Meppel. Je combineert bouwkundige kennis met praktisch projectmanagement en zorgt dat gebouwen veilig, duurzaam en goed onderhouden blijven. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt technische projecten van A tot Z en bent het aanspreekpunt voor VvE's, aannemers en bewoners. Je werkt aan diverse onderhoudsvraagstukken en zorgt dat alle partijen goed samenwerken. Je begeleidt onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten voor verschillende VvE's Je adviseert over bouwkundige en technische vraagstukken Je coördineert tussen VvE's, aannemers en leveranciers Je beoordeelt offertes en stelt technische oplossingen voor Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget van projecten Je stelt meerjarenonderhoudsplannen op volgens NEN 2767 Je bezoekt complexen om de technische situatie te beoordelen Je rapporteert over voortgang aan alle betrokken partijen Wat zoeken we in jou? Je hebt een technische achtergrond en enkele jaren ervaring in bouw, vastgoed of onderhoud. Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende mensen en houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
