Met 200 collega's werken we elke dag aan slimme, innovatieve oplossingen voor grote namen in de Retail- en Restaurantmarkt. We zijn nuchter, ambitieus en vieren onze successen samen - van borrels tot leuke uitjes. De afdeling ETO( Engineering to Order) in Nederland is verantwoordelijk voor het ETO proces, waarbij in de verkoopfase er maatwerk oplossingen voor en met de klanten worden gecreëerd en gerealiseerd. De afdeling wordt aangestuurd door de Manager Productie & ETO. Als Projectmanager Team ETO ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale coördinatie van klant specifieke maatwerkprojecten. Vanaf het eerste commerciële contact tot en met de overdracht aan de klantteams stuur je op technische maakbaarheid, planning, kwaliteit en commerciële afspraken. Je opereert zelfstandig en fungeert als spil in multidisciplinaire teams met onder andere engineering, design, inkoop, calculatie, logistiek, finance, service en productie. Je schakelt moeiteloos met interne stakeholders en internationale klanten. Met jouw technische expertise en commerciële inzicht vertaal je klantvragen naar realiseerbare oplossingen binnen tijd, scope en budget. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Productie & ETO. In deze rol coördineer je internationale ETO-projecten en behoud je ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar concrete technische specificaties en realiseerbare, slimme oplossingen. Je bewaakt kostprijs, planning en marge en stuurt het volledige traject aan: van demo tot en met de eerste productieserie. Je werkt intensief samen met een breed scala aan interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt voor overeenstemming om projecten succesvol te realiseren.
