En lukt het je om problemen tijdig te signaleren, goed te analyseren en om te zetten richting bruikbare oplossingen en resultaten? En zou jij dat willen doen vanuit een grote mate aan vrijheid, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid waarmee je naar eigen inzicht initiatief en creativiteit projecten verder brengt? Dan zou zomaar kunnen zijn dat je best goed bij ons past! Wat doe je als Technisch Projectmanager Vastgoed? Als technisch projectmanager vastgoed ben je spin in het web en geef je richting aan onze renovatie- / (ver)bouwprojecten. Samen met onze partners zorg jij ervoor dat projecten ontwikkeld en gerealiseerd worden. Van initiatief tot realisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat adviseurs en aannemende partijen het onderhoud, de renovatie of transformatie naar behoren voorbereiden, uitvoeren en opleveren. Bouwkundig, juridisch en commercieel. Je takenpakket is op hoofdlijn: - Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies voor o.a. verduurzaming, renovatie, herontwikkeling en het opstellen van business cases / investeringsalternatieven voor projecten; - Aansturen van externe technisch beheerders; - Opstellen en coördineren van offerte-uitvragen voor de benodigde werkzaamheden; - Contracteren en aansturen van aannemers, installateurs en overige externe adviseurs; - De uit te voeren werkzaamheden regelmatig ter plekke controleren en de opleveringen coördineren; Gezochte kandidaat brengt: - 2 tot 7 jaar ervaring met vastgoed; bij voorkeur ervaring in de binnenstad van Amsterdam; - Techni...
