Voor onze klant in Buggenhout, een gevestigde waarde en VCA-gecertificeerd aannemer in de Benelux op het gebied van zorgvoorzieningen, aangepast sanitair en gespecialiseerde bouwoplossingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een praktisch ingestelde en nauwkeurige Technisch Projectopvolger.

In deze rol vorm jij een cruciale schakel tussen de opmeting, de voorbereiding en de uiteindelijke kwalitatieve uitvoering op de werf. Zoek jij een gevarieerde job met de ideale mix tussen kantoorwerk en werfbezoeken? Dan is dit de perfecte uitdaging!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opmetingen & Voorbereiding: Je meet werven nauwkeurig op, verzamelt technische gegevens en verwerkt deze gestructureerd in meetstaten en materiaallijsten (met behulp van MS Excel).
  • Plananalyse: Je controleert en interpreteert technische plannen en uitvoeringsdetails voor opstart.
  • Werfopvolging: Je volgt projecten op tijdens de uitvoering en ziet erop toe dat alles conform de gemaakte afspraken en specificaties wordt geplaatst.
  • Probleemoplossing: Bij onvoorziene situaties op de werf denk je creatief en praktisch mee over de beste technische oplossingen.
  • Communicatie & Overdracht: Je staat in nauw contact met klanten, aannemers, de interne werfcoördinator en eigen plaatsingsploegen om een vlekkeloze informatieoverdracht te garanderen.

Jouw profiel

  • Inzicht: Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en kan plannen en werfsituaties vlot interpreteren.
  • Vaardigheden: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en bent vlot met MS Office (voornamelijk Excel).
  • Attitude: Je bent praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld, sociaal en beschikt over een gezonde commerciële feeling.
  • Ervaring & Talen: Ervaring in de bouwsector, technische werfopvolging of opmetingen is een pluspunt. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist; kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Mobiliteit: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
