Als Technisch Property Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuiteit van een deel van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je schakelt dagelijks met huurders, leveranciers, aannemers en collega's en zorgt dat onderhoud professioneel, tijdig en binnen budget wordt uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Je beheert zelfstandig de technische kant van een diverse vastgoedportefeuille. Daarbij combineer je planmatig onderhoud met het oplossen van dagelijkse technische vraagstukken. - Je coördineert preventief, correctief en planmatig onderhoud . - Je behandelt technische meldingen en bewaakt een snelle en passende afhandeling. - Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze en stuurt leveranciers en aannemers aan. - Je controleert de kwaliteit, planning en kosten van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. - Je stelt meerjarenonderhoudsplannen en onderhoudsbudgetten op en houdt deze actueel. - Je voert periodieke inspecties uit en signaleert technische risico's en verbeterpunten. - Je bewaakt de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving, certificeringen en veiligheidsnormen. - Je ondersteunt bij renovaties, verduurzamingsprojecten en technische due diligence. - Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met huurders, eigenaren en andere belanghebbenden. - Je rapporteert over voortgang, budgetten, onderhoud en technische prestaties. Wat breng je mee? Je bent praktisch ingesteld, communiceert duidelijk en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Ook wanneer meerdere technische meldingen tegelijk aandacht vragen, houd je het overzicht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde, installatietechniek, vastgoedkun...
