Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag praktisch mee op de werkvloer én hou je van klantencontact? Zoek je een afwisselende functie waar administratie, coördinatie en fysieke ondersteuning gecombineerd worden? Dan is deze job iets voor jou.

Voor de koetswerkafdeling zoeken we een medewerker die klanten professioneel ontvangt en dossiers opvolgt, maar tegelijk ook actief meewerkt binnen de dagelijkse werking van de werkplaats. Dit is nadrukkelijk geen klassieke receptie- of onthaalfunctie waarbij je de hele dag achter een balie zit. De functie vraagt een hands-on mentaliteit, technisch inzicht en de bereidheid om actief aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer.

Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en verzekeringsmaatschappijen en zorgt ervoor dat schadeherstellingen vlot, correct en efficiënt verlopen.

Klantencontact en dossierbeheer

  • Ontvangen van klanten en registreren van schadegevallen
  • Opstarten, opvolgen en correct beheren van hersteldossiers
  • Informeren van klanten over de voortgang van herstellingen en levering van voertuigen
  • Communiceren met verzekeraars, klanten en interne diensten

Planning en coördinatie

  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de planning van herstellingen
  • Afstemmen met techniekers over de voortgang van werkzaamheden
  • Administratief verwerken van werkorders en dossiers

Praktische ondersteuning op de werkvloer

  • Actief ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking binnen de koetswerkafdeling
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn in de werkplaats om dossiers en werkzaamheden op te volgen
  • Meehelpen bij praktische en fysieke taken waar nodig
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen administratie en werkplaats

We zoeken een hands-on medewerker die zich goed voelt in een technische werkomgeving en graag praktisch meewerkt.

  • Je beschikt over een mechanische achtergrond of sterke technische kennis; dit is een absolute vereiste om de functie correct uit te voeren
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe een koetswerkafdeling functioneert
  • Je beseft dat dit geen klassieke onthaal- of receptiefunctie is, maar een actieve functie met veel fysieke betrokkenheid op de werkvloer
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je kan professioneel omgaan met klanten in uiteenlopende situaties
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in administratieve opvolging
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken
  • Je bent een teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een praktische ingesteldheid
