Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar Technisch Sales Engineer (Min. Bachelor Elektromechanica + internationaal)

  • Belangrijk: Talenknobbel: Ned, Eng= vloeiend + sterke basis Frans, Duits
  • Passie + ervaring in techniek + int. accountmanager/ sales engineer
  • Flexibel naar overnachtingen, reizen

Als Sales engineer ziet je takenpakket er als volgt uit:

  • Als spilfiguur tussen klant en bureau, volg je vlot jouw klanten dossiers, contracten en orders op: Kosten, levertermijn, ... (telefonie en mail).
  • Je bent het gezicht van de firma en aanspreekpunt voor de klant
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle commerciële vragen + bedrijf verder op de kaart zetten in Europa (VB. Oostenrijk, Duitsland, ...)
  • Nauw contact met engineering, aankoop/ sales binnendienst
  • Internationale spelers/ contacten schrikken je niet af en beheer je ook graag
  • Verantwoordelijke prijszetting: Opvolgen leads, Offertes opvragen/calculeren + ingeven in systeem, orderbeheer/verwerking, administratieve afhandeling van bestelling tot levering
  • Contact leveranciers, prijsvergelijkingen (je volgt de markt op de hielen!) + commerciële kansen detecteren
  • Ondersteuning after sales en klachtenbehandeling VB. leveringen die niet volledig zijn + de juiste oplossing bieden en klant tevreden stellen doorheen proces
  • Combo binnen- buitendienst, reizen
  • Je spreekt, begrijpt en schrijft Nederlands, Engels + sterke basis Frans, Duits
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en je hebt een passie voor communicatie, sales
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en flexibiliteit typeren jou!
  • Bachelor in een technische richting
  • Klantenbinding is voor jou belangrijk aangezien jij fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon
  • Grondige kennis MS office
  • Teamspirit is voor jou belangrijk
  • Techniek!!!
