Voor een financieel sterke Belgische familiegroep zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch sales manager, voor de verdere uitbouw van de activiteiten binnen Construction.

Vanuit een moderne productiesite in West-Vlaanderen worden maatwerkoplossingen ontwikkeld, gebouwd en hersteld voor de transport-, bouw- en industriesector. Dankzij een aanzienlijk uitgebreide productiecapaciteit is er ruimte voor verdere commerciële groei.

Daarom zoeken we een ondernemende professional die technische expertise weet te combineren met commerciële slagkracht.

Jouw uitdaging:

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige technisch-commerciële traject: van marktontwikkeling en prospectie tot technische analyse, calculatie, offerte, onderhandeling en orderafsluiting.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Actief nieuwe klanten, marktsegmenten en toepassingen identificeren binnen onder meer bouw, transport, industrie en logistiek.
  • De technische behoeften van klanten analyseren en samen met engineering en productie de meest geschikte oplossing uitwerken.
  • Technische specificaties vertalen naar correcte kostprijscalculaties en commerciële voorstellen, met aandacht voor rendabiliteit en marges.
  • Actief nieuwe opportuniteiten ontwikkelen rond duurzame en economisch interessante refurbishment-oplossingen voor trailers en vrachtwagenopbouwen.
  • Commerciële onderhandelingen voeren en opportuniteiten zelfstandig omzetten in concrete orders.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke en volledige overdracht naar engineering en productie en betrokken blijven tot een succesvolle oplevering.
  • Duurzame klantenrelaties uitbouwen en tegelijk voortdurend nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren.

We zijn op zoek naar een technisch onderlegde en commercieel gedreven professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en kansen actief creëert.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld Industrieel Ingenieur, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in bijvoorbeeld machinebouw, carrosseriebouw, staalconstructie, heavy equipment of technische projectverkoop.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je kunt technische vraagstukken vertalen naar concrete en commercieel haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als engineers, productie- en andere technische profielen.
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en niet bang om zelf actief te prospecteren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt tegelijk graag de samenwerking op met interne technische teams.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, een rijbewijs C/CE is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
