In een groeiend bouwgericht bedrijf krijg je een veelzijdige rol waarin sales, administratie en technische opvolging samenkomen. Je vormt de schakel tussen calculatie en verkoop en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot en efficiënt vooruitgaan. De functie biedt afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en nauwe samenwerking met interne collega’s.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken van alle binnenkomende prijsaanvragen.
  • Inplannen van afspraken voor het salesteam.
  • Gericht op zoek gaan naar nieuwe klanten en relaties.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning voor de calculatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opvragen en voorbereiden van offertes.
  • Instaan voor de werking en organisatie van het centrale systeem (Robaws).
  • Verwerken, archiveren en opvolgen van facturen en contact met de boekhouder.
  • Beheren van verzekeringen en uitvoeren van check‑in‑at‑work.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken binnen het bedrijf.
  • Goede kennis van Robaws is een pluspunt.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen en de capaciteit om zaken tot het uiterste te brengen.
  • Deadlinegericht kunnen werken.
  • Basiskennis bouwkunde.
  • Gedreven, stressbestendig en enthousiast.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig met oog voor detail.
  • Klantvriendelijk, empathisch en geduldig.
  • Zeer goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden.
  • Vlot met informaticatools, waaronder MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
