Je ontdekt hoe een machine werkt en vertaalt die kennis naar heldere handleidingen voor gebruikers en onderhoudsmonteurs wereldwijd. Alle afdelingen bevinden zich onder één dak, dus je hebt alle kennis en informatie onder handbereik. Je werkt met moderne documentatiesoftware, schakelt veelvuldig met engineers en haalt informatie op uit de praktijk op onze werkvloer. Benieuwd naar wat deze functie jou allemaal te bieden heeft? Lees dan snel verder. Je vormt met twee andere technisch schrijvers een team. Samen pakken jullie telkens één productfamilie op. Als team brengen jullie de werking in kaart en schrijven jullie een duidelijke gebruikershandleiding. Daarna volgt de onderhoudshandleiding met meer technische details over onder andere service, afstellingen en storingen. Jullie verdelen hoofdstukken, controleren elkaars werk en denken mee over de complete documentatie. Je weet goed door te vragen bij engineers en productie en schroomt niet om de systemen zelf in het echt te testen om de informatie duidelijk te krijgen. - Onderzoekt hoe beladingssystemen werken en vraagt door bij engineers en collega's op de werkvloer. - Schrijft en controleert duidelijke Engelstalige gebruikers- en onderhoudshandleidingen voor verschillende doelgroepen. - Werkt samen met je collega's aan hoofdstukken en bewaakt de technische juistheid, samenhang en begrijpelijkheid. - Bouwt documentatie op in Paligo en verwerkt productwijzigingen in de juiste handleidingen. - Organiseert met behulp van AI de vertaling van gebruikershandleidingen naar meerdere talen en controleert de documentopbouw en kwaliteit.
