The posting

Als Service Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van afspraken voor de reparatie en het onderhoud van vrachtwagens.

Daarnaast neem je opdrachten van klanten in ontvangst, je stelt werkorders op en verdeelt ze onder de techniekers.

Ook het opvolgen van de werkzaamheden is een van jouw taken.

Buiten deze voorbereidende werkzaamheden behoort ook de nazorg tot jou verantwoordelijkheden.

Je informeert de klant omtrent de uitgevoerde werken en vertaalt deze vervolgens naar een factuur.

Kortom, je vervult een sleutelfunctie binnen een dynamische KMO-bedrijf.

  • Technische kennis en interesse in de sector van bedrijfsvoertuigen
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel geschreven als gesproken
  • Kennis van Engels en/of een andere Europese taal is een plus
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en je weet hoe je prioriteiten moet stellen in je werkzaamheden
  • Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig en klantgericht
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om een langdurige relatie op de te bouwen met onze klanten Technische opleiding gericht op de auto-industrie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Technische kennis en/of interesse in de sector van zware bedrijfsvoertuigen Bereidheid om in ploegverband te werken tussen 08:00 en 18:00 en één zaterdagvoormiddag per maand Goede kennis van het Nederlands Kennis van Engels en/of een andere Europese taal is een plus Je werkt zelfstandig en weet hoe prioriteiten te stellen in je werkzaamheden Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig, klantgericht en een teamplayer
