Vind je het leuk als geen dag volledig te voorspellen is en houd jij rustig meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht? Dan zoeken we jou als Technisch Service Coördinator bij ProCare. Bij ProCare werken we met hoogwaardige sport- en medische apparatuur waarin techniek, software en IT samenkomen. Als Technisch Service Coördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen. Je probeert klanten direct op afstand te helpen en gebruikt daarbij onder andere beschikbare manuals en technische informatie om problemen te analyseren en waar mogelijk op te lossen. Lukt dat niet direct? Dan zorg je dat de storing goed is voorbereid voordat je een buitendienstcollega of Support specialist inschakelt. Waar nodig overleg je met ervaren collega's of onze servicecontactpersonen bij fabrikanten, met wie we langdurig samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Service Coördinator vorm je de schakel tussen onze klanten en de buitendienst. Wanneer een klant belt met een storing of ander probleem, luister je goed, stel je de juiste vragen en probeer je te achterhalen wat er aan de hand is. Kun je het probleem direct oplossen? Mooi. Is ondersteuning op locatie nodig? Dan plan en coördineer je een servicebezoek en zorg je dat de buitendienst collega vooraf over de juiste informatie beschikt. Daarbij heb je oog voor zowel de techniek als de klant. Onze apparatuur wordt dagelijks gebruikt binnen onder andere topsport, ziekenhuizen, revalidatiecentra en onderzo...
