Dan is deze functie als Technisch Service Manager iets voor jou. Als Technisch Service Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van technische dienstverlening binnen de infrastructuur- en onderhoudssector. Je vormt de brug tussen klanten, buitendienstmedewerkers en interne collega's. Daarbij bewaak je de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van projecten. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, signaleert commerciële kansen en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van personeel en materieel. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en organisatorische vaardigheden verlopen werkzaamheden efficiënt en volgens afspraak. Daarnaast stimuleer je verbeteringen binnen processen en begeleid je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leidinggeven aan technische buitendienstmedewerkers - Coördineren van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een grote landelijke speler binnen de technische infrastructuur en onderhoudssector. Dagelijks werken vakspecialisten aan het beheren, inspecteren en onderhouden van essentiële technische voorzieningen voor bedrijven, overheden en publieke organisaties.
