The posting

32-40 uur Wat ga je doen? Een warmtewisselaar komt binnen voor onderhoud. Jij haalt hem uit elkaar, controleert de onderdelen, reinigt alles en bouwt hem weer op. Daarna volgt de druktest. Pas als alles klopt, kan de installatie terug naar de klant. Techniek voor scheepvaart en industrie Blokland Non Ferro ontwikkelt, produceert en onderhoudt warmtewisselaars, koelers en voortstuwingssystemen. Deze producten worden toegepast in de beroepsvaart, pleziervaart en industrie. Op de serviceafdeling worden zowel eigen producten als koelers en warmtewisselaars van andere merken in behandeling genomen. Van demontage tot druktest Als Technisch Service Monteur buig jij je over onderhoud, reparaties en revisies. Je demonteert koelers en warmtewisselaars, inspecteert de onderdelen en voert reinigings- en revisiewerk uit. Na de montage test je of alles weer veilig en betrouwbaar functioneert. Het grootste deel van jouw werk vindt plaats in de eigen werkplaats. Klanten vragen steeds vaker om service op locatie. Je krijgt de kans om mee te groeien naar een functie waarin je ook buitendienstwerk uitvoert. Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt een technische opleiding of genoeg technisch inzicht om het vak te leren. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig aan de slag. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en hebt een autorijbewijs. Een VCA en heftruckcertificaat kun je via Blokland Non Ferro behalen. Wat bieden wij jou? Je ontvangt een salaris volgens de cao Metaal & Techniek, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen.
