Ben jij technisch sterk én krijg je energie van machines? Vind je het leuk om techniekers en klanten verder te helpen én zelf in het atelier te kijken wat er speelt? Zoek je een job met veel afwisseling tussen telefoon, atelier en klanten? Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor een technische organisatie in regio Waregem zoeken we een Technisch Servicecoördinator voor het aftersalesteam. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar techniek centraal staat. Je plant en volgt 5 techniekers op en bent hun technische aanspreekpunt. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen: in het begin ga je mee op baan met een technieker om de machines en werking goed te leren kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je biedt technische support aan klanten, techniekers en collega’s via telefoon en mail.
  • Je analyseert meldingen zoals foutcodes, lekkages of storingen en bepaalt de juiste opvolging.
  • Je plant en coördineert de interventies van 5 techniekers en volgt deze op.
  • Je houdt voeling met het atelier en volgt nieuwe machines, herstellingen en technische acties mee op.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij de opstart van nieuwe machines en bouwt zo een persoonlijke klantenrelatie op.
  • Je volgt garantiedossiers en technische administratie op.
  • Je werkt verkoop dossiers verder uit en ondersteunt bij offertes en technische vragen.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een omgeving met veel prikkels.
  • Minimaal een TSO-diploma, bij voorkeur automechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische omgeving is een troef.
  • Ook een technieker die naar een bureaufunctie wil doorgroeien is welkom.
  • Affiniteit met landbouwmachines, machines of mechanica is een grote plus. Ook hobby- of praktijkervaring telt.
  • Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig en wil begrijpen hoe machines werken.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans: je durft het te spreken. Bijscholing is intern mogelijk.
  • Je kan goed multitasken, bent flexibel en communiceert vlot met collega’s en klanten.
