Wat jouw functie gewoon anders maakt Als Technisch Servicemedewerker Facilitair ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze facilitaire dienstverlening. Samen met je directe collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze cliënten en andere collega's kunnen rekenen op een gezonde, veilige en prettige woon- en werkomgeving. De afdeling Inkoop & Facilitair is volop in ontwikkeling, middels een recent gestarte herinrichting van de facilitaire dienstverlening. Dit met als doel de kwaliteit, samenwerking en efficiëntie verder te verbeteren. Als Servicemedewerker Facilitair speel je hierin een belangrijke rol. Je draagt bij aan de dagelijkse continuïteit én denkt actief mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening verder kunnen optimaliseren. Je bent iemand die gemakkelijk de verbinding maakt tussen mensen en de organisatie, en het vakkundig en snel verhelpen van technische storingen is jou op het lijf geschreven. Je weet wat er moet gebeuren, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten i.o.m. de Coördinator Facilitair, en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarbij ben je niet bang om bestaande werkwijzen ter discussie te stellen en samen met collega's op zoek te gaan naar betere oplossingen. In jouw rol is geen enkele dag hetzelfde.
