Je start je dag in de werkplaats en ziet direct welke technische uitdagingen er op je wachten. Een lift heeft onderhoud nodig, een andere moet worden gekeurd en voor een klant staat een speciale aanpassing gepland. Als Technisch Servicemonteur zorg jij ervoor dat iedere lift veilig en in optimale staat weer de deur uitgaat.

Als Technisch Servicemonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, repareren, keuren en modificeren van bouw- en personenliften. Je werkt aan zowel mechanische als elektrische systemen en denkt mee over slimme technische oplossingen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Onderhouden en repareren van bouw- en personenliften

• Opsporen en verhelpen van storingen

• Uitvoeren van keuringen en inspecties

• Aanbrengen van modificaties en klantaanpassingen

• Vervangen van onderdelen volgens fabriekswijzigingen

• Ondersteunen van collega's in de buitendienst

• Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

• Deelnemen aan werk- en monteursoverleggen

Meldt een klant dat een lift langzaam omhoog gaat? Dan onderzoek je de oorzaak, controleer je de installatie en los je de storing op. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht verlaat de lift weer veilig en volledig operationeel de werkplaats.

Functie-eisen: Als Technisch Servicemonteur beschik je over technisch inzicht en werk je nauwkeurig aan elektrische en mechanische installaties. Je denkt in oplossingen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en vindt het belangrijk dat iedere lift veilig en betrouwbaar functioneert.

Als Technisch Servicemonteur herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

• Een mbo-opleiding in een technische richting

• Rijbewijs B(E) en een VCA Basis-certificaat

• Ervaring met en kennis van elektrisch schakelen en mechanica

• Kennis van keuringen NEN 12158/1080 en NEN 3140 is een pré

• Ervaring met PLC-besturingen en
