Als Technisch Specialist Binnendienst bij Caparol in Nijkerk ben jij de technische vraagbaak voor klanten en collega's. Met jouw kennis van verf en ervaring met technische vraagstukken zorg je voor heldere adviezen en betrouwbare ondersteuning.

Je werkt binnen een klein technisch team waar veel ruimte is voor zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap. Het grootste deel van je werk gebeurt op kantoor, met af en toe een projectbezoek, training, commissieoverleg of claimbehandeling op locatie.

Wat ga jij doen als Technisch Specialist Binnendienst bij Caparol?

Als Technisch Specialist Binnendienst zorg je voor correcte technische advisering aan klanten, interne collega's en de buitendienst. Je behandelt technische vragen, claims en klachten en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige registratie en afhandeling. Technische projectadviezen controleer en bewaak je, waarbij je bijdraagt aan de hoge kwaliteit van adviezen. Je beheert en onderhoudt technische adviessystemen, het CRM-systeem en het qualifying systeem, en zorgt voor het beheer van certificeringen, normen en technische documentatie. Technische informatie en productdata coördineer je. Ook onderhoud je contact met het Duitse moederbedrijf. Je controleert brochures, marketingitems, handleidingen en etiketten op technische inhoud. Zowel de hardware als software van kleurmengsystemen beheer je. Met jouw technische kennis verzorg je trainingen via de Caparol Academy. Je neemt deel aan (inter)nationale technische commissies.
