Dan is de functie van Technisch Specialist Helpdesk binnen onze Priva Partnerhub bij V&M Regeltechniek in Apeldoorn iets voor jou. Als Technisch Specialist Helpdesk ben jij het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor onze Priva-partners en opdrachtgevers. Je krijgt uiteenlopende technische vragen en storingen voorgelegd. Jij analyseert wat er aan de hand is, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de klant snel weer verder kan. Daarbij schakel je tussen regeltechniek, Priva-systemen, hardware, software en datanetwerken. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk interessant. Wat bieden wij jou?
