Als Technisch Specialist PLC verbeter je de besturing van gietmachines bij een staalproducent in de regio IJmuiden. Je vertaalt gebruikerswensen naar wijzigingen in PLC- en SCADA-systemen en werkt met Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens PCS7 en drives. Je sluit aan bij een gietmachineteam van zes personen binnen de afdeling Automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Gebruikerswensen vertalen naar besturingswijzigingen en deze programmeren, testen en implementeren - Verbeteringen afstemmen met gebruikers, technisch beheerders en interne klanten - Werken aan Rockwell-besturingen met ongeveer twintig PLC’s per machine en een Siemens PCS7-besturing - Wijzigingen afstemmen op omliggende systemen en het bovenliggende informatiesysteem - Technische documentatie opstellen en actueel houden - Actief bijdragen aan het beheerteam en incidenteel ondersteunen bij complexe besturingsstoringen Functie-eisen - Hbo-niveau in Technische Informatica, Besturingstechniek, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Robotica of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-systemen - Kennis van instrumentatie, netwerken en algemene automatisering - Ervaring met gestructureerd programmeren; kennis van Siemens PCS7 en Rockwell is een pré - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van hogere programmeertalen, OPC en drives is een pré - Je voert complexe werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team Aanbod - Aanvangssalaris tot circa € 6.622 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring - Jaarlijks 10% vaste toeslagen, 2% vaste eindejaarsuitkering, 8% vakantietoeslag en variabele winstdeling - 26 vakantiedagen, 11,5 ADV-dagen en een flexurenregeling - Mogelijkheden om cursussen, trainingen en opleidingen te volgen - Tegemoetkoming in ziektekosten en een onkostenvergoeding - Pensioenregeling waarbij de werkgever 70% van de premie betaalt
