Je werkt samen met je team aan mooie producten en je weet daardoor wat er speelt en waar verbeterkansen liggen. Je werkt met stans- ,zaag-, CNC-frees en watersnijmachines. Door jouw coachende manier van leidinggeven zorg je voor overzicht, betrokkenheid en een prettige werksfeer. Je hebt daardoor zicht op de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Concreet ga je je bezighouden met: - Storingen oplossen en coördineren. - Installeren, aansluiten en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe machines. - Ontwikkelen en vastleggen van werk- en productiemethodes. - De dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van collega's op de werkvloer. - Het inwerken van nieuwe collega's. - Het signaleren van verbeterpunten waarmee je bijdraagt aan procesoptimalisatie. - Je ziet erop toe dat er volgens de richtlijnen wordt gewerkt waarbij je let op orde en netheid. Jouw team Je werkt nauw samen met je collega en stuurt samen 14 productiemedewerkers aan. De korte lijnen met management en de operatie zijn typerend voor onze dynamische organisatie. Je kan een betrokken en behulpzaam team verwachten, waar humor hoog in het vaandel staat.
