Ben jij een ervaren technisch specialist die energie krijgt van complexe vraagstukken, innovatie en het verbeteren van processen? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou. Als Technisch Specialist Service ben jij dé expert binnen onze serviceorganisatie en zorg je ervoor dat techniek, innovatie en praktijk perfect samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij hét technische aanspreekpunt en zorg je ervoor dat storingen niet alleen worden opgelost, maar vooral worden voorkomen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor servicemonteurs en ondersteunen bij complexe storingen; - Ondersteunt monteurs actief door hen op locatie te bezoeken en begeleiding te bieden waar nodig; - Analyseren van storingen en deze vertalen naar structurele verbeteringen; - Verbeteren van serviceprocessen en ontwikkelen van werkinstructies en diagnosemethodes; - Coachen en begeleiden van monteurs en actief delen van kennis, door bijvoorbeeld kennissessies; - Monitoren van installaties en proactief ingrijpen waar nodig; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van servicewerkzaamheden en afstemmen met andere afdelingen. Wat breng je daarvoor mee? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde en technisch onderlegde professional die zich herkent in het volgende profiel: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in installatietechniek of werktuigbouwkunde; - Ruime ervaring in service en onderhoud van installaties; - Aantoonbare ervaring met storingsdiagnose en complexe technische vraagstukken; - Specialistische kennis van onder andere cv-ketels, warmtepompen en hybride systemen; - Een sterk analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte instelling; - Het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en monteurs aan te sturen waar nodig; - Een c...
