Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf met een hart voor zuivel zijn we op zoek naar een technisch verantwoordelijke die de productie van roomproducten naar een hoger niveau wil helpen tillen. Met passie en toewijding produceren we dagelijks de heerlijkste dagverse zuivel, boter, room, desserten en nog meer voor lokale en internationale klanten. Ons geheim? Ondernemerschap, duurzaamheid en de nauwe samenwerking met onze melkveehouders en partners.

Wat ga je doen?

Als technisch verantwoordelijke ben jij dé spilfiguur van ons technisch team in Merchtem. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze productie vlekkeloos verloopt. Jij neemt de leiding over het technische onderhoud en de optimalisatie van ons machinepark.

Werkzaamheden omvatten o.a.

Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de totale technische opvolging van het machinepark.

Aansturen van 2 onderhoudsmedewerkers en de onderaannemers voor technische werken.

Ondersteunen van de onderhoudsmedewerkers om mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische defecten op te sporen en te verhelpen.

Uitbouw van een plan voor zowel curatief, preventief als predictief onderhoud.

Meewerken aan de implementatie van nieuwe installaties en processen.

Instaan voor de investeringsprojecten en hiervoor nauw samenwerken met veiligheid, productie, kwaliteit, R&D, optimalisatie en logistiek.

Optimaal technisch rendement van het productieproces garanderen onder meer door een vermindering van niet geplande stilstanden.

Een masteropleiding in een technische richting en ervaring als technisch verantwoordelijke.

Vertrouwdheid met aseptische productie- en afvulsystemen is een pluspunt.

Je bent een people manager die zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig kan werken.

Je bent sterk in het oplossen van problemen en kent een flinke portie zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Gedreven, leergierig en ziet constante leerkansen.

Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio en bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans.
