The posting

Voor onze klant zoeken we een Technisch Supervisor voor de industriële site van onze klant in Neder-Over-Heembeek & Vilvoorde.

Je wordt een sleutelpersoon in het organiseren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten op de site.

Je komt terecht in een team van 12 techniekers, ondersteund door een supervisor.

Als Teamleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en optimaliseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen jouw werkgebied. Je stuurt onderhoudsteams aan, volgt prestaties op en bewaakt de technische integriteit van de installaties. Je zet ook actief in op veiligheid en continue verbetering. Daarnaast ben je hands-on en steek je regelmatig zelf de handen uit de mouwen om samen met jouw team een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Jouw taken:

  • Organiseren en plannen van onderhoudsactiviteiten, aansturen en coachen van onderhoudsteams, uitvoeren van evaluatiegesprekken en ontwikkelen van competenties.
  • Deelnemen aan technische audits, toezien op de technische integriteit van tools en installaties, coördineren van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Handhaven van het veiligheidsbeleid, controleren van autorisaties (BA4/BA5, vergunningen, medische keuringen), en naleving van alle veiligheidsinstructies.
  • Voorstellen van investeringen of optimalisaties, ontwikkelen van onderhoudsplannen samen met de reliability-afdeling.
  • Werken volgens de procedures van de organisatie en de klanten, inclusief ISO9001 & ISO14001.
  • Bewaken van de continuïteit van de dienstverlening, met name zelf inspringen om preventief of curatief onderhoud te doen van de machines of machineprestaties te optimaliseren.
  • Een Bachelor in industrieel onderhoud
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in people management binnen een onderhoudsomgeving. Vermogen om een team te motiveren, ontwikkelen en samen te brengen rond gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen.
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in het coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten, liefst in een industriële context.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en ervaring met CMMS-systemen.
  • Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands EN kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Proactieve, resultaatgerichte en flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Affiniteit met kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Goede kennis en ervaring met het onderhoud van industriële machines.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit.
