Je maakt complete werkvoorbereidingsdossiers inclusief risicoanalyses op basis van werkopdrachten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, zodat deze opdrachten tijdig, efficiënt en binnen budget kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

Je staat in voor de organisatie, coördinatie en validatie van alle werf-gerelateerde activiteiten om de werf veilig en projectmatig te laten verlopen. Je geeft opdracht aan externe werfleiders en hun medewerkers, en eventueel aan interne werknemers.

Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden van de productie, onderhoud en ondersteunende diensten.

Voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt wettelijke keuringen op en zorgt voor hun uitvoering
  • Je analyseert werkpakketten, bespreekt werkaanvragen en definiëert een duidelijke werkscope
  • Je ontwikkelt veilige en efficiënte werkomschrijvingen op basis van grondige analyses
  • Je verzamelt en organiseert alle relevante tekeningen, schema's en documentatie
  • Je monitort werkorderprocessen en neemt gerichte acties om doelstellingen te bereiken
  • Je voert analyses en nacalculaties uit voor continue procesverbetering
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers over technische aangelegenheden
  • Je begeleidt contractors naar de werkplaats en voert toolbox meetings uit met focus op veiligheid, milieu en specifieke taken
  • Je neemt actief deel aan kick-off meetings, taakrisicoanalyses en leveranciersevaluaties
  • Je organiseert de werf, volgt aannemers op en stuurt bij waar nodig - je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt
  • Je valideert, ontvangt en controleert goederen
  • Je levert dossiers aan productieverantwoordelijken voor veilige installatie
  • Je analyseert externe risico's en integreert deze in bestaande taakanalyses
  • Je treedt op tegen veiligheidstekortkomingen
  • Je ondersteunt procesverbeteringen binnen de afdeling

Jij bent onze ideale werkvoorbereider/supervisor als je:

  • Een diploma Bachelor Elektromechanica hebt of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring bezit
  • Meetstaten voor piping, bouwkunde en elektriciteit vloeiend leest en interpreteert
  • Diepgaande kennis hebt van mechanisch onderhoud, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • Elektrisch onderhoud begrijpt en vertrouwd bent met diverse materialen (metaal, beton, kunststoffen)
  • Bouwkundige technieken beheerst (extra pluspunt!)
  • Onze installaties en productieprocessen in je slaap kent
  • Beschikt over scherp technisch inzicht en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Jezelf voortdurend bijschoolt en trends in je vakdomein volgt
  • Een VCA-attest voor leidinggevenden in je zak hebt
  • Handig bent met MS Office en idealiter ook SAP beheerst
  • MS Project-ervaring hebt (dat maakt je echt onmisbaar!)
  • Helder communiceert, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en Engels, Frans en Duits machtig bent
  • Een echte doorzetter bent met ondernemersgeest en initiatief
  • Flexibel en adaptief bent in een dynamische omgeving
