BTW* Snelle levering Technisch Support Engineer (Binnendienst) Ben jij een technicus die graag problemen analyseert en oplossingen bedenkt , klanten écht verder helpt en zorgt dat technisch werk goed voorbereid is? Dan is dit de rol voor jou. Als groothandel en importeur werken wij dagelijks met toegangssystemen, aandrijvingen en besturingen . Voor onze klanten en monteurs ben jij degene die techniek begrijpt, beoordeelt en vertaalt naar de praktijk . Wat je gaat doen. Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en ondersteunt klanten, monteurs en collega's. - Je gaat technische vraagstukken (elektrotechnisch & mechanisch) analyseren en oplossen. - Technische ondersteuning bij storingen en toepassingen. - Werkvoorbereiding voor service- en montagewerk: - technisch uitwerken van opdrachten - controleren van materialen en componenten - afstemmen met monteurs en planning - Meedenken over technische oplossingen bij afwijkende situaties. - Testen, analyseren en beoordelen van nieuwe producten en systemen . - Input leveren bij productkeuzes, verbeteringen en assortimentssamenstelling. - Technische ondersteuning bij projecten en productintroducties. Je werkt met aandrijvingen, besturingen, mechanische componenten en toegangstechniek in de breedste zin.
