Technisch Support Engineer (Machines) Heb je ervaring als servicemonteur in draai- en freesbanken? Wil je liever vanuit ons kantoor in Hilversum onze klanten en onze collega servicemonteurs technisch ondersteunen? Dan zoeken wij jou! Werkomgeving? Je komt te werken in een klein en hecht team. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook ruimte voor humor en een praatje. Kortom: je bent een belangrijke schakel om onze klanten tevreden te houden door een uitmuntende service te bieden. Wat ga jij doen? • Je bent "het" technisch aanspreekpunt van de serviceafdeling; • Je ondersteunt onze klanten met technisch advies; • Je ondersteunt onze collega servicemonteurs met technisch advies; • Je denkt mee over servicevraagstukken; • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het goed organiseren van servicewerkzaamheden; • Je begeleidt installaties van nieuwe machines. Kortom: jij bent de technische spil binnen onze serviceafdeling binnendienst. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn een familiebedrijf dat is uitgegroeid tot dé partner in de maakindustrie. Service staat bij ons erg hoog in het vaandel. We adviseren en leveren metaalbewerkingsmachines, aangevuld met bijbehorende benodigdheden zoals gereedschappen, houders, smeermiddelen, reinigingsinstallaties en trillingsisolatie-oplossingen. De producten die wij leveren zijn van zeer hoge kwaliteit (hoognauwkeurig en snel) en worden o.a. toegepast in de semiconductor-, automotive-, medische- en luchtvaartsector. Wat verwachten wij van jou? • Technische opleiding en ervaring op MBO/HBO-niveau denkniveau is een vereiste; • Ervaring en kennis van metaalbewerkingsmachines; • Flexibele, klantvriendelijke instelling; • Basiskennis van de Engelse taal en de Duitse taal is een pré; • Stressbestendig; • Communicatief sterk; • Geen 9 - 5 mentaliteit.
