We get the job done! Functieomschrijving Ben jij technisch onderlegd en help jij klanten graag bij het oplossen van storingen? Vind je het leuk om storingen te analyseren en projecten voor te bereiden? In deze afwisselende functie van Technisch Support Medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten bij technische storingen. Jij helpt hen telefonisch of schakelt een monteur in om de problemen op locatie op te lossen. Daarnaast zorg je voor de werkvoorbereiding en administratieve afhandeling van de werkzaamheden van de area monteurs. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Telefonisch ondersteunen van klanten bij storingen aan machines; - Storingen die per e-mail binnenkomen nabellen en opvolgen; - Aansturen van area monteurs en informeren over lopende storingen; - Werkvoorbereiding voor de monteurs en verwerken van hun werkzaamheden in het ERP-systeem; - Administratieve verwerking van storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; Functie-eisen Als Technisch Support Medewerker beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je sterk in het bouwen van sterke interne en externe relaties. Daarnaast beschik je ook over het volgende: - Bij voorkeur een mbo-4 diploma in een technische richting, zoals werktuigbouwkunde, autotechniek, mechanica of mechatronic...
