Als Technisch Support Medewerker ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor onze partners. Je vormt een verbindende schakel tussen klanten, partners, interne specialisten en leveranciers. Je duikt in technische vraagstukken, zoekt uit waar problemen ontstaan en zorgt dat de juiste oplossing wordt gevonden. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over hoe we onze support slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren. Als Technisch Support Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan technische supportvraagstukken binnen ons Smart Contact-portfolio. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je ondersteunt partners bij vragen over Smart Contact, cloudtelefonie en Microsoft Teams-oplossingen. Van een complexe configuratie of callflow tot een probleem met een koppeling of telefoniedienst: jij duikt in de techniek, onderzoekt de oorzaak en brengt het vraagstuk stap voor stap terug tot de kern. Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze partners snel en effectief geholpen worden. Je houdt de voortgang van je cases scherp in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten en partners weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Wanneer een issue de expertise van een ander team nodig heeft, zorg jij voor een goede overdracht en blijf je betrokken totdat het probleem is opgelost. Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega's van Support, Delivery, Billing, Product en Global Operations. Door kennis met elkaar te delen, zorgen we samen voor de beste ondersteuning...
