Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Technical Support Specialist After Sales voor onze klant in Pelt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van hoogwaardige tribunesystemen en zaalinrichtingen voor internationale, toonaangevende projecten.

Jouw takenpakket als Technical Support Specialist After Sales bestaat uit:

  • Het grondig analyseren en diagnosticeren van technische storingen aan telescopische tribunes.
  • Het telefonisch en per mail te woord staan van klanten, waarbij je hen adviseert en gerichte oplossingen aanreikt.
  • Het verzamelen van de juiste technische data en deze doorgeven aan de calculatie-afdeling, zodat zij nauwkeurige hersteloffertes kunnen opstellen.
  • Het technisch voorbereiden en uitwerken van after-sales interventies voor de buitendienst, in nauw overleg met de engineers.
  • Het ondersteunen van en meedenken met de planning van de service-techniekers en monteurs.
  • Het fungeren als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt en hulplijn voor de monteurs die op locatie op technische uitdagingen stoten.
  • Schakelen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlekkeloze service en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Profiel

Als Technical Support Specialist After Sales herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een brede, allround technische kennis (inzicht in mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica is een grote troef).
  • Je bent geen diepgaande expert in één vakgebied, maar hebt wel een sterk logisch en technisch denkvermogen.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en het Engels. Een goede basiskennis van het Frans is noodzakelijk, Duits is een mooie plus.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, pikt snel nieuwe zaken op en toont de nodige motivatie.
  • Je bent een échte teamplayer die zowel klantgericht als communicatief ijzersterk is.
