The posting

Als Teamleader neem je een belangrijke rol op binnen de technische werking van de organisatie. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer vijf techniekers aan, ondersteunt hen bij complexe technische problemen en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud en herstellingen goed voorbereid en opgevolgd worden. Tegelijk denk je mee over de werking van de garage, van wisselstukken en planning tot efficiëntere werkmethodes. Een functie voor iemand die technische kennis wil combineren met verantwoordelijkheid, initiatief en de ruimte om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van ongeveer vijf techniekers aan en begeleidt hen in hun werk en je ondersteunt bij het diagnosticeren van complexe technische problemen aan zware machines, vrachtwagens en ander rollend materieel
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke werkvoorbereiding en volgt de geplande onderhouds- en herstellingswerken op en je bewaakt het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud en houdt zicht op de technische staat van het machinepark
  • Je denkt mee met techniekers wanneer een probleem verder gaat dan een standaard herstelling en je beheert de wisselstukken en zorgt dat de nodige onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Je ondersteunt de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke bij bestellingen en het aankoopproces en je rapporteert duidelijk over onderhoud, herstellingen, stilstanden en eventuele bijkomende acties

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiale en technisch sterke organisatie waar mensen dicht bij de werkvloer staan en waar technische kennis een belangrijke rol speelt. Binnen de garage werk je samen met een team van techniekers en vorm je een rechtstreeks aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen, planning en opvolging. De organisatie is in beweging en biedt ruimte om mee te denken over hoe de technische werking verder kan worden uitgebouwd. Je krijgt ondersteuning en opleiding, maar ook de zelfstandigheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en verbeteringen mee vorm te geven.

  • Je hebt een bachelor autotechnologie, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring en je hebt ervaring met onderhoud van rollend materieel, vrachtwagens, zware machines of gelijkaardige technische installaties
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en technisch inzicht en je bent goed in het opsporen van oorzaken en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en durft beslissingen te nemen en je kunt helder rapporteren en communiceren met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke
