Vanuit een moderne productieomgeving worden hier dagelijks hoogwaardige kunststofoplossingen ontwikkeld voor klanten binnen uiteenlopende sectoren. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en respect voor medewerkers vormen daarbij de rode draad.

Als Technisch Teamleader krijg je een sleutelrol op de productievloer. Je combineert technische expertise met de aansturing van een gespecialiseerd team en krijgt de vrijheid om processen te verbeteren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als team supervisor stuur je dagelijks het matrijzenteam aan en zorg je voor een gestructureerde, efficiënte werking op de werkvloer
  • Omstellingen, onderhoud en herstellingen van matrijzen coördineer je in samenwerking met interne en externe partners
  • Je bewaakt de betrouwbaarheid van het productieproces en minimaliseert technische storingen
  • Het motiveren en begeleiden van je team staat centraal, waarbij je een veilige en communicatieve werkomgeving creëert
  • Tot slot denk je mee over processen, administratie en onderdelenbeheer, met de ruimte om je ideeën uit te voeren
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving, in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van mechanica en spuitgietprocessen, aangevuld met een basiskennis elektromechanica en CAD
