Zin in een technische uitdaging binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving? Deze Belgische productievestiging is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling van metalen hulpstukken binnen de HVAC. Het bedrijf is Europees actief en werkt samen met vaste partners in binnen- en buitenland. Recent breidden ze hun activiteiten verder uit met extra vestigingen in onder andere Duitsland, Polen, Denemarken en de VS.

Wat deze site in Oost-Vlaanderen uniek maakt? Een slim uitgedokterde productflow, een sterk doorgedreven automatisering en moderne technologieën zoals volautomatische magazijnen, robotica en zelfrijdende heftrucks. Enkel dankzij deze innovatieve aanpak blijft de productie lokaal én rendabel.

Om het team op de werkvloer aan te sturen en het technische luik verder te optimaliseren, zoeken we een hands-on Teamleader met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en een stevige technische bagage.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coördinatie en motivatie van een team van 12 operatoren binnen een 2-ploegensysteem.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting op basis van de planning van de productiemanager.
  • Machines ombouwen, correct afstellen en technische storingen tijdig verhelpen.
  • Continuïteit en technische paraatheid van de installaties blijven bewaken.
  • Praktische ingesteldheid combineren met een vlotte, no-nonsense communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Een graduaat in een technische richting of een A2-diploma met sterke praktijkervaring.
  • Grondige technische kennis van mechanica (basiskennis hydraulica, pneumatica en elektronica is een plus).
  • Je bent graag zelf actief op de werkvloer en ziet het zitten om een team aan te sturen, ook zonder coachingsachtergrond.
