Jobomschrijving

Als Technical Lead in de nachtploeg ben je de teamleader van alle technische profielen (8 personen) in deze shift, met als doel de productie-output te maximaliseren en tegelijk de naleving van de vastgelegde kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen. Je coördineert en coacht alle technische profielen en beheert de escalaties.

Meer concreet zal je:

  • Ervoor zorgen dat de prestaties van de apparatuur voldoen aan de doelstellingen en productiefouten tot een minimum beperken.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij technische problemen op de werkvloer en de escalatiestroom beheren.
  • Technisch personeel ontwikkelen en coachen om betere teamresultaten te behalen.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de personeelsadministratie binnen de shift (vakanties, ziekteverlof, transport, evaluaties van competenties, enz.).
  • Escalaties met andere afdelingen leiden en coördineren om technische problemen snel op te lossen.
  • Technische taken verdelen onder het technisch personeel in de shift, prioriteiten bepalen en de voortgang tijdens de shift opvolgen.
  • Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de rekrutering van technisch personeel indien nodig.
  • Het lokale certificatieproces ondersteunen/leiden (afhankelijk van het al dan niet aanwezig zijn van een opleidingsafdeling op de site).

Je profiel

  • Relevante bacheloropleiding of technieker met ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van technische coachingprincipes.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, teamgerichtheid en gerichte coachingskills.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office/Google.
  • Goede kennis van het Engels.
  • In staat om alle nodige jobgerelateerde tools te gebruiken en nauwkeurige manuele aanpassingen uit te voeren.
  • Analytische, logische en interpreterende mindset voor complexe technische data.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden en coördineren van technische activiteiten op shift- of zoneniveau.
