Jij bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team en collega-afdelingen. Je organiseert de dagstarts, verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en lost knelpunten snel en praktisch op. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn jouw prioriteit; jij zorgt dat de werkplaats volgens de geldende regels (5S, PBM, controles) werkt. Je verwerkt registraties en afwijkingen correct en bespreekt productverbeteringen met Engineering. Signaleer je verbeterkansen in het proces? Jij draagt ze actief aan! Ook voer je de performance management cyclus uit voor je teamleden, waarbij je doelstellingen stelt, feedback geeft en de voortgang bespreekt. Je coacht, begeleidt en spreekt medewerkers aan waar nodig. Daarnaast zorg je voor een gestructureerde, veilige en prettige werkomgeving en werk je nieuwe collega's goed in.
