The posting

Heb je een hogere opleiding voltooid binnen een technische richting? (voorkeur Industriële wetenschappen) en krijg je energie van een ontwerp dat uiteindelijk écht gebouwd wordt?

Voor een groeiende technische KMO in Lokeren zijn we op zoek naar een Tekenaar Mechanische Constructies. Je komt terecht in een jong en hecht team van vier collega's en krijgt een belangrijke rol binnen de technische uitwerking van uiteenlopende projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Je bent voornamelijk bezig met ontwerpen en tekenen, maar je blijft niet de hele dag achter je scherm zitten.

Je gaat regelmatig naar de productie, volgt de praktische uitvoering van je ontwerpen op en krijgt de kans om een project van concept tot realisatie mee te maken.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je ontwerpt en tekent mechanische installaties en constructies in Inventor.
  • Je vertaalt concepten naar gedetailleerde ontwerp- en constructietekeningen.
  • Je meet bestaande ruimtes en installaties op.
  • Je werkt mechanische constructies en onderdelen technisch uit.
  • Je voert waar nodig sterkteberekeningen uit in Inventor.
  • Je houdt bij je ontwerpen rekening met de praktische uitvoerbaarheid en montage.
  • Je stelt technische dossiers, stuklijsten en constructietekeningen samen.
  • Je bestelt de nodige materialen en machineonderdelen bij leveranciers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, elektrische engineers en de verantwoordelijke van de productie.
  • Je bereidt de tekeningen voor waarmee de lassers en monteurs in het eigen atelier aan de slag gaan.
  • Je volgt de productie en montage van jouw ontwerpen op.

Kortom: je tekent niet zomaar een installatie, je volgt mee hoe jouw ontwerp werkelijkheid wordt.

We zijn op zoek naar een technisch sterke collega die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijk goed in een team functioneert.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld industriële wetenschappen elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Ervaring met Inventor. Ervaring met gelijkaardige 3D-tekenprogramma's kan eveneens interessant zijn.
  • Een goede technische bagage en interesse in mechanische constructies, materialen, motoren en machineonderdelen.
  • Een praktische en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Een nauwkeurige manier van werken en oog voor detail.
  • Het vermogen om technische problemen zelfstandig te analyseren en oplossingen te bedenken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een collegiale en sociale ingesteldheid.
