Als Technisch Tekenaar werk je op het kruispunt van R&D, Engineering en productie binnen een moderne industriële omgeving in Herentals. De functie combineert productontwikkeling met het technisch uitwerken en optimaliseren van machines, installaties en productieopstellingen. Van nieuwe productconcepten tot plant lay-outs en as-built documentatie: binnen deze rol worden technische ideeën vertaald naar nauwkeurige 2D- en 3D-tekeningen die rechtstreeks inzetbaar zijn voor engineering, productie en toekomstige investeringsprojecten.

Wat ga je doen?

Productontwikkeling & technisch tekenwerk

Binnen R&D ligt de focus op het technisch uitwerken van nieuwe en bestaande producten. Productconcepten worden vertaald naar duidelijke 2D- en 3D-CAD-tekeningen, waarbij detail-, montage- en constructietekeningen zorgvuldig worden opgebouwd. Bij productwijzigingen worden bestaande tekeningen aangepast en revisies correct verwerkt, zodat het volledige tekeningenarchief actueel en betrouwbaar blijft. Daarnaast worden technische dossiers en documentatie gestructureerd beheerd en wordt erop toegezien dat ontwerpen aansluiten bij geldende technische normen en standaarden.

Engineering, productie & installaties

Binnen Engineering worden nieuwe machineopstellingen, productieomgevingen en technische installaties uitgewerkt in overzichtelijke plant lay-outs en grondplannen. Ook aanpassingen aan bestaande machines, tools en infrastructuur worden technisch vertaald naar praktisch bruikbare tekeningen. Engineering- en investeringsprojecten worden ondersteund met onder meer P&ID's, as-built tekeningen en andere technische documentatie. Daarbij vindt regelmatig afstemming plaats met R&D, Engineering, productie en externe leveranciers om technische oplossingen correct uit te werken en documentatie gedurende het volledige project onder controle te houden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, mechanica of productontwikkeling, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als technisch tekenaar of binnen een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met 2D- en 3D-CAD-software. Ervaring met AutoCAD, Inventor of vergelijkbare pakketten sluit sterk aan bij de functie.
  • Je hebt een goed ruimtelijk inzicht en kunt technische concepten vertalen naar nauwkeurige en praktisch bruikbare tekeningen.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is een belangrijke troef.
  • Kennis van revisiebeheer, technische dossiers, P&ID's en documentatieprocessen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, behoudt overzicht over meerdere projecten en pakt technische vraagstukken proactief aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende technische disciplines en combineert zelfstandig werken met een sterke teamgerichte aanpak.
