The posting

WINDOUT is de betrouwbare en professionele partner voor ramen, deuren, gordijngevels, vitrines en glaswerken voor zowel renovatie als voor nieuwbouw. Als jong en fris bedrijf, met samen méér dan 35jaar ervaring, staan wij in voor het ontwerp en plaatsing van topkwaliteit. Tot ons klantenbestand behoren zowel bedrijven, hoofdaannemers, sleutel op de deur-bouwers, projectontwikkelaars en particulieren. In beperkte mate voeren wij ook opdrachten uit voor gemeentelijke-en overheidsdiensten.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een sterk groeiend en familiaal bedrijf zoeken we een Technisch tekenaar Aluminiumbouw die mee de brug slaat tussen offerte, uitvoering en werf. In deze rol werk je ongeveer 50% op bureau en 50% op de werf, waardoor je projecten van dichtbij opvolgt en technische details vertaalt naar duidelijke uitvoeringsplannen.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en combineert tekenwerk, technische afstemming en werfopvolging:

  • Uittekenen van schema’s en detailtekeningen in AutoCAD.
  • Verzamelen en verwerken van technische gegevens voor de realisatie van projecten.
  • Opstellen van plannen en uitvoeringsdetails in overleg met de projectleider.
  • Opmeten bij aannemers, architecten en op de werf, en deze metingen vertalen naar bestellingen en uitvoerbare oplossingen.
  • Meedenken over technische en creatieve oplossingen op basis van lastenboeken en overleg.
  • Opvolgen van planning, bestellingen en werfvoorbereiding tot en met de praktische uitvoering.

Je komt terecht in een kleine, open organisatie waar iedereen samenwerkt in dezelfde ruimte en waar korte communicatielijnen, flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Ervaring in aluminiumbouw, ramen en deuren of een aanverwante sector is welkom, maar ook een gemotiveerde schoolverlater met technisch inzicht krijgt hier kansen om te groeien.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke en nauwkeurige kandidaat met interesse in bouw en aluminiumbouw. Je hoeft geen jarenlang parcours achter de rug te hebben, maar je hebt wel de maturiteit en leergierigheid om projecten zelfstandig mee op te volgen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een technische, bouwkundige of uitvoerende omgeving, of je bent een sterke schoolverlater met de juiste motivatie.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van AutoCAD.
  • Ervaring met ramen, deuren, aluminium, hout of pvc is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent technisch en organisatorisch sterk, en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot plannen lezen, analyseren en vertalen naar concrete uitvoeringsdetails.
  • Je bent bereid om zowel bureauwerk als werfopvolging op te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; Engels is belangrijker dan Frans en basiskennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van MS Office is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent klantgericht, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen in teamverband.

Een diploma is niet doorslaggevend; technische feeling, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een praktische ingesteldheid wegen hier minstens even zwaar door. Ervaring als doorgegroeide ploegbaas kan zeker ook aansluiten bij deze functie.
