Voor een producent van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren in Herentals, zoeken we een Techisch Tekenaar.

Als Technisch Tekenaar ben je een cruciale schakel tussen de R&D- en Engineeringafdeling. Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling én optimalisatie van zowel producten als productieopstellingen.

Binnen de R&D-afdeling ondersteun je bij het ontwerpen en uitwerken van technische tekeningen voor nieuwe producten. Daarnaast beheer je het bestaande tekeningenarchief en zorg je ervoor dat alle documentatie actueel blijft bij productwijzigingen.

Binnen het Engineering team werk je mee aan het uittekenen van nieuwe machineopstellingen in de plant lay-out en aanpassingen aan bestaande machines en tools. Je vertaalt technische concepten naar nauwkeurige en praktische tekeningen die direct inzetbaar zijn in de productieomgeving.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitwerken, aanpassen en beheren van technische tekeningen in CAD-software (2 & 3D);
  • Ontwerpen van lay-outs voor productieomgevingen, gebouwen en technische installaties;
  • Ondersteunen van engineering- en investeringsprojecten met technische documentatie;
  • Up-to-date houden van technische dossiers, P&ID's, grondplannen en as-built tekeningen;
  • Ondersteunen van R&D-projecten door technische concepten en ontwerpen visueel uit te werken;
  • Maken van detail-, montage- en constructietekeningen;
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers om technische oplossingen uit te werken;
  • Waarborgen van de naleving van normen, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en technische standaarden;
  • Beheren van revisies en documentcontrole binnen de afdeling;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met R&D, Engineering en productie.

Het bedrijf zoekt iemand met dit profiel:

  • Een nauwkeurige en technisch sterke professional met een praktische ingesteldheid;
  • Sterk ruimtelijk inzicht en technisch denkvermogen;
  • Ervaring met CAD-software (bij voorkeur AutoCAD / Inventor of gelijkaardig);
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid;
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden (o.a. archiefbeheer);
  • Proactieve houding en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht werken;
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Bachelor in een technische richting (bij voorkeur elektromechanica, mechanica of productontwikkeling) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als technisch tekenaar of in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving is een sterke troef;
  • Kennis van revisiebeheer en technische documentatieprocessen is een plus.
