Een schets op papier die uitgroeit tot een compleet bouwplan, en uiteindelijk tot een woning waar gezinnen hun leven opbouwen. Als technisch tekenaar houtbouw ben jij degene die dat mogelijk maakt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders die je meenemen in het hele proces. Wacht niet langer, grijp deze kans en solliciteer vandaag nog!

Als technisch tekenaar houtbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van bouwplannen tot gedetailleerde werktekeningen. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat de tekeningen aansluiten bij de praktijk op de bouwplaats. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over de tekeningen en denkt actief mee over constructieve oplossingen. Daarnaast houd je rekening met de nieuwste bouwvoorschriften en duurzaamheidseisen, en zorg je ervoor dat alles klopt voordat de uitvoering begint. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Het uitwerken van architectonische ontwerpen tot gedetailleerde werktekeningen voor houtbouw; - Samenwerken met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders om technische details af te stemmen; - Overleggen met uitvoerders en onderaannemers over de haalbaarheid van constructies; - Controleren van tekeningen op juistheid en volledigheid voordat ze naar de bouwplaats gaan; - Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van bouwprocessen door mee te denken over efficiëntie en materiaalgebruik; - Zorgen dat alle tekeningen voldoen aan de geldende bouwvoorschriften en normen.

Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is dat je niet alleen achter je scherm zit. Je bent regelmatig in gesprek met collega's, je bezoekt bouwlocaties en je ziet hoe jouw tekeningen tot leven komen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als senior tekenaar of werkvoorbereider.
