Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde HVAC-partner actief in industriële projecten waar kwaliteit, technische expertise en samenwerking centraal staan. Vanuit Buggenhout en Sint-Niklaas realiseren ze complexe HVAC-installaties voor klanten die rekenen op betrouwbaarheid, flexibiliteit en vakmanschap.

Voor hun vestiging in Sint-Niklaas zijn we op zoek naar een TECHNISCH TEKENAAR HVAC.

Bij onze klant zorg je samen met de projectleiders voor een nauwkeurige voorbereiding en ondersteuning. Samen werken jullie projecten uit van offerte tot eindafwerking.

Hoe ziet de project flow er uit?

  • Offerte: De offertes worden opgemaakt (vaak op basis van eigen engineering) met tekenwerk vanaf de offertefase (grondplannen of hydraulische schema’s), prijsaanvragen, calculatie,…
  • Werfvoorbereiding: Bij de bestelling start de voorbereiding van het project met materiaalselectie, ontwerpberekeningen, prijsvergelijkingen, voorstellen van technische fiches, uittekenen van uitvoeringsplannen, …
  • Opvolging uitvoering: Beheer van de werf, waarbij het team zorgt voor de juiste materialen voor de monteurs ter plaatse en hen de nodige briefing bezorgt. Je staat in contact met de monteurs en techniekers, leveranciers, de klant en onze onderaannemers, om alles in goede banen te leiden.
  • Afwerking: Met het as-built dossier, bied jij de klant een duidelijk inzicht op de installatie en een goed geregeld project.

REF:MEC2

  • Je hebt ervaring in Autocad en/of Revit MEP (ervaring in Stabicad is een pluspunt)
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Kennis over de HVAC-sector en/of bouwkundig inzicht zijn een must
  • Inzet en leergierigheid zijn essentieel
  • Je hebt organisatorisch talent en voldoende assertiviteit om projecten mee te begeleiden
  • Je woont in omgeving van Sint-Niklaas (+- 30min)
