Voor een toonaangevende bedrijvengroep in luchttechniek en industriële systemen zoeken we een Technisch tekenaar voor de afdeling industriële ventilatoren. Deze groep, actief in onder andere lucht- en waterzuivering, poedercoating, geluidsbeheersing en temperatuurbesturing, telt intussen een tiental gespecialiseerde bedrijven verspreid over België en Nederland.

Samen vormen zij één sterke eenheid met ongeveer 150 medewerkers die dagelijks werken aan technisch hoogwaardige totaaloplossingen voor industriële klanten in onder meer de energie-, chemie-, voedings- en farmaciesector.

De afdeling industriële ventilatoren, gelegen nabij Menen vormt een essentiële schakel binnen het geheel. Hier wordt volop ingezet op productontwikkeling, technische optimalisatie en maatwerkoplossingen voor ventilatie en luchtbehandeling. Je komt terecht in een werkomgeving waar praktische expertise, doorgedreven engineering en duurzame technologieën hand in hand gaan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als technisch tekenaar zorg je voor de optimalisatie van bestaande ventilatoren op zowel mechanisch als aerodynamisch vlak
  • Je houdt je bezig met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe ventilatorconcepten en voert trillingsanalyses uit
  • Analyseren van klantenvragen en je vertaalt deze naar technisch haalbare ontwerpen
  • Je staat in voor mechanische en aerodynamische berekeningen die de performantie garanderen
  • Technische normen en richtlijnen breng je in kaart en pas je toe in nieuwe ontwerpen
  • Je ondersteunt de productie met verbeteringen aan producten en testfaciliteiten
  • Je werkt nieuwe productiemiddelen uit en volgt verbetertrajecten van dichtbij op
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor productie en helpt bij het opvolgen van procedures en werkmethodes
  • Naast technische taken verzorg je ook de opmaak van datasheets en manuals
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een bachelor- of A2 diploma binnen elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een technische functie zoals tekenaar of werkvoorbereider
  • Ervaring met tekenprogramma’s zoals SolidWorks, Inventor of Catia is noodzakelijk
