Voor onze productie van high-end maatmeubilair zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en technisch sterke Technisch Tekenaar. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch uitwerken van interieur- en meubelprojecten en zorg je ervoor dat ontwerpen efficiënt en correct kunnen worden geproduceerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met de productie, atelierverantwoordelijke en projectleiders en vertaalt ontwerpen naar technisch uitvoerbare productietekeningen en CNC-programma's.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Maken en uitwerken van technische productietekeningen voor high-end maatmeubilair in TopSolid.

Technisch uitwerken van maatwerkmeubilair met aandacht voor detail, maatvoering, materiaalkeuze en productiemogelijkheden.

Programmeren van CNC-machines op basis van de technische tekeningen en productinformatie.

Aansturen en voorbereiden van CNC-machines via bSolid.

Controleren van tekeningen en productiemodellen op technische haalbaarheid en maakbaarheid.

Bestellen van projectgebonden materialen en opvolgen van materiaalbehoeften.

Afstemmen met de atelierverantwoordelijke over de technische uitwerking, productie en het uiteindelijke resultaat.

Samenwerken met projectleiders om de technische haalbaarheid van ontwerpen te beoordelen en technische uitdagingen tijdig op te lossen.

Meedenken over efficiënte productiemethoden en mogelijke optimalisaties binnen het productieproces.

Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen in CAD/CAM, ontwerpsoftware, materialen en productietechnieken.

Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van het technische ontwerp- en productieproces.

Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige technisch tekenaar met een sterke interesse in hout, interieur en maatmeubilair.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een bacheloropleiding Houttechnologie, Hout of Interieurvormgeving, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als technisch tekenaar.

Ervaring met maatmeubilair, interieurbouw of houtbewerking is een sterke troef.

Je hebt een goed technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.

Je hebt een goede kennis van technisch tekenen en CAD/CAM.

Ervaring met TopSolid is een pluspunt.

Kennis of ervaring met bSolid en CNC-programmering is een belangrijke meerwaarde.

Je kunt technische ontwerpen zelfstandig beoordelen op maakbaarheid en technische haalbaarheid.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en punctueel.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, kunt prioriteiten stellen en kunt werkzaamheden plannen met betrekking tot materialen, bestellingen en leveringen.

Je communiceert vlot met collega's en kunt goed samenwerken binnen een gedreven en ervaren team.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
