Ben jij technisch sterk, een expert in TOPdesk en vind je het leuk om complexe integraties en migraties uit te voeren? Bij Cegeka DEX (Digital Employee eXperience) krijg je de kans om uitdagende technische projecten te leiden en samen te werken met een gedreven team van specialisten. Als Technisch TOPdesk Consultant ben je de spil in de technische inrichting, koppelingen en updates van TOPdesk-omgevingen. Je combineert technische kennis met adviesvaardigheden en zorgt voor robuuste, toekomstbestendige oplossingen. - Je ontwerpt en realiseert integraties tussen TOPdesk en andere applicaties - Je voert updates en migraties uit van TOPdesk (on-premises Virtual Appliance) - Je schrijft documentatie, zoals High Level Designs - Je begeleidt klanten bij de inrichting en optimalisatie van TOPdesk - Je runt zelfstandig technische projecten en communiceert met stakeholders - Je werkt voor een breed scala aan klanten vanuit ons team in Zoetermeer en op locatie - Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Service Management Solutions, waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan

Wat breng jij mee? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau - Ruime ervaring met TOPdesk - Sterke ervaring met integraties en API-koppelingen - Ervaring met migraties en updates van de TOPdesk (on-premises Virtual Appliance) - Vaardigheid in het schrijven van technische documentatie (HLD/LLD) - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en adviesvaardigheid - Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig projecten te leiden - Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Wat hebben wij jou te bieden? - Een salaris tussen de EUR 4.000 en EUR 5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en werkervaring. Dit is geen absolute range, wel een goede indicatie - Vast dienstverband bij aanvang - Keuze uit een leaseauto of mobiliteitsvergoeding - 26 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid om bij te kopen

- Hybride werken en flexibele werktijden (thuis/kantoor) - Mogelijkheid om 32, 36 of 40 uur per week te
