Over de functie Als technisch vastgoedadviseur werk je zelfstandig aan diverse technische deelopdrachten binnen de gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille. Je houdt je bezig met het inventariseren, beoordelen en afhandelen van technische en facilitaire meldingen, het begeleiden van verbouwingen, het adviseren over onderhoud en het aanbrengen van structuur in het beheer. Je werkt nauw samen met het team Vastgoed en externe partijen om de werkvoorraad weg te werken en het vastgoedbeheer verder te professionaliseren. Wat je gaat doen - Inventariseren, beoordelen en afhandelen van technische en facilitaire meldingen en onderhoudsvraagstukken - Onderzoeken van terugkerende technische storingen en voorstellen voor structurele oplossingen opleveren - Technisch voorbereiden en begeleiden van kleinere verbouwings- en aanpassingsprojecten - Beoordelen van de technische staat van gebouwen en adviseren over noodzakelijke maatregelen - Uitvragen, beoordelen en begeleiden van technische werkzaamheden door aannemers, installateurs en leveranciers - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en verzorgen van de technische oplevering - Inventariseren van onderhoudsvraagstukken voor opname in de onderhoudsplanning of MJOP - Technisch uitwerken van vraagstukken vanuit de vastgoedportefeuille - Signaleren van technische risico's en adviseren over vervolgmaatregelen - Structuur aanbrengen in registratie en opvolging van technische meldingen en overdracht van openstaande werkzaamheden Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met technisch beheer van gebouwen en/o...
