Binnen het team krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en werk je nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, onderhoudspartners en collega's. Functie-informatie Als Technisch Vastgoedbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bouwkundige deel van verschillende beheer- en onderhoudscontracten. Je zorgt dat preventief en correctief onderhoud goed op elkaar aansluiten en houdt overzicht als er onverwacht iets gebeurt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - opstellen en bewaken van onderhoudsplanningen, begrotingen en jaarplannen; - bewaken van meerjarenonderhoudsbegrotingen; - coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - snel schakelen en prioriteiten bepalen bij storingen; - inkopen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van financiële resultaten; - onderhouden van contact met opdrachtge...
