The posting

Als technisch vastgoedbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de technische staat van jouw eigen vastgoedportefeuille (vooral VvE’s van commercieel vastgoed). Je werkt nauw samen met een vastgoedmanager en administratief team.

Jouw taken op een rij:

- Opstellen en bijhouden van MJOP’s - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes, verstrekken van opdrachten en bewaken van onderhoud - Beheren van onderhoudscontracten en leveranciersrelaties - Coördineren van storingen en schades (inclusief begeleiding herstel) - Contact onderhouden met bewoners, eigenaren, leveranciers en aannemers - Fungeren als achterwacht in de 24/7 storingsdienst (circa 1 week per 4 weken)

- Open, pragmatisch en ondernemend. - Enthousiast, communicatief vaardig en proactief. - In staat om problemen tijdig te signaleren en op te lossen. - Behoudt overzicht en schakelt soepel tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. - Weet prioriteiten te stellen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. - Werkt resultaat-, klant- en doelgericht. - Ervaring met VvE’s is een pré. - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO4-opleiding in Bouwkunde of ervaring in een dergelijke rol. - Beschikt over kennis van Microsoft Office. - In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
