Als Technisch Verantwoordelijke ben je de spilfiguur binnen jouw werkgebied op de plates afdeling, met als doel een maximale betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Je neemt een sleutelrol op in het dagelijks beheer van de technische systemen en werkt proactief aan continue verbetering

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking en het onderhoud van installaties binnen jouw domein.
  • Analyseert storingen grondig en neemt gerichte acties om ongeplande stilstanden te vermijden.
  • Ontwikkelt en verbetert samen met de Reliability Engineer het preventieve onderhoudsplan.
  • Optimaliseert onderhoudsprocessen, inclusief preventief, predictief en modificatiegericht onderhoud.
  • Draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van de technische veiligheid en implementeert veilige werkprocedures.
  • Coördineert en plant tijdig de nodige onderhoudswerken en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Houdt toezicht op de onderhoudskosten en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om deze te optimaliseren zonder in te boeten op betrouwbaarheid.
  • Neemt actief deel aan technische verbeterprojecten en draagt bij aan innovatie binnen het bedrijf.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en speelt een centrale rol in het waarborgen van de technische continuïteit en veiligheid binnen de walserij.

Voor de functie van Technisch verantwoordelijke plates afdeling zoeken we een analytische en oplossingsgerichte technieker met een brede technische interesse en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent gedreven om storingen niet enkel op te lossen, maar ze ook structureel te voorkomen.

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over een combinatie van technische kennis, analytisch denkvermogen en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Het vermogen om problemen gestructureerd te analyseren en duurzaam op te lossen, is essentieel in deze functie.

  • Moet een logisch en scherp analytisch inzicht bezitten om technische storingen grondig te kunnen doorgronden.
  • Heeft een sterke interesse in techniek en onderhoud, met bijzondere aandacht voor mechanica en hydraulica.
  • Dient planmatig en doelgericht te kunnen werken, steeds met de focus op het voorkomen van ongeplande stilstanden.
  • Beschikt over het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook om vlot samen te werken binnen een team.
  • Moet resultaatgericht zijn en blijk geven van een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn vereist om efficiënt samen te werken met collega’s en externe partners.
  • Beheerst de courante PC-toepassingen en staat open voor het gebruik van digitale onderhoudssystemen.
  • Toont betrokkenheid bij het technische proces en neemt graag initiatief binnen verbeterprojecten.
