FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Technische verantwoordelijke combineer je een sterke technische expertise met een coördinerende rol. Je blijft zelf actief op de productievloer en werkt mee aan storingen, onderhoud en technische verbeteringen, terwijl je tegelijk een team van techniekers begeleidt.

Je komt terecht in een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving met onder meer robots, PLC-technologie en geautomatiseerde logistieke systemen.

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen
  • Je werkt actief mee aan mechanische, elektrische en elektromechanische interventies
  • Je staat in voor zowel correctief als preventief onderhoud
  • Je begeleidt en coacht een team van ongeveer zes techniekers
  • Je verdeelt prioriteiten en ondersteunt je team bij technische problemen
  • Je volgt PLC- en automatisatietechnieken mee op
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Je begeleidt de realisatie, test en indienststelling van nieuwe installaties
  • Je werkt samen met productie, IT en externe technische partners
  • Je helpt het onderhoudsbeleid verder professionaliseren
  • Je zorgt mee voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte productieomgeving

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis in elektromechanica, mechanica en/of storingstechniek
  • Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
  • Je werkt graag hands-on en wilt zelf technisch actief blijven
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in elektrische en mechanische systemen
  • Je kunt technische schema's interpreteren, waaronder EPLAN-schema's
  • Kennis van PLC's, bij voorkeur Siemens, is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met laswerk is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen bij technische problemen
  • Je kunt een team op een constructieve manier begeleiden en aanspreken
  • Je bent praktisch, oplossingsgericht en denkt vooruit
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën
